Join the Niagara Region Ball Hockey Club for both recreational and Competitive Leagues!

Looking to join a fun & recreational or a competitive adult ball hockey league in the Niagara Region? Look no further than the Niagara Region Ball Hockey Club! Our leagues cater to all skill levels, so whether you're just starting out or a seasoned player, we have a division for you.
We offer both full team submissions and individual registrations, making it easy for you to get in on the action. Our club is run by local players and coaches who are dedicated to providing a great experience for all participants. Join us on the rink and be a part of our community-focused ball hockey club!


League highlights

  • 12 game regular season over 3 months
  • 4 seasons per year: Spring (Mar-May), Summer (June-Aug), Fall (Sep-Nov), Winter (Dec-Feb)
  • Best 2/3 series for playoffs. (All teams make playoffs).
  • 5 vs 5 standard format
  • League Fees: $1750 +hst (max roster of 18)
  • League provides all game balls (LDK)
  • Helmets & shinpads recommended, but are optional.

The Niagara Region Ball Hockey Club plays all games out of the Regency Athletic Resort in Niagara Falls. With a bar & restaurant right on site, teams can enjoy more than just the game. Be sure to check out team specials & enjoy some great food, drinks & camaraderie.
