Ladies and Coed Rec Wednesdays and Sundays

Mens Divisions will not have specific set nights and will be based on skill not the night you are available. Teams will set availability and we will do our best to accommodate.

We are offering all skill levels from Division 3 (A) to Division 10 (D4)

Equipment

Helmets, stick and protective gloves are mandatory as of now

Shinpads, jock or jill and mouthguard are recommended but optional
